‘Seagull’ , la mouette, un des nombreux noms d’oiseaux familiers dans les modèles de motos…

La firme fondée en 1919 par les frères Barnett à Coventry fut forcée dès la fin des années ’20 à changer leur production de modèles haut de gamme vers des modèles à meilleur marché et plus « utilitaires ». Notre modèle en est un exemple parfait, monté avec un moteur Villiers 2-temps de 250cc que l’on retrouve sur une vingtaine d’autres marques, c’était la solution parfaite en ces temps de crise.
