En calicot bleu foncé, pourvu sur les côtés de deux boutonnières sommairement faites, pour fixation des boutons de la jugulaire. Pour képi mesurant 10cm sur l’arrière et 9cm sur le devant. Diamètre du calot 17cm.

Équipement ayant appartenu au commandant Charles De Touzalin (1863-1933).

Engagé volontaire en 1884, suivi l’école spéciale militaire, versé au 125ème et au 44ème d’Infanterie, Capitaine le 7 avril 1902 au 90ème d’Infanterie, Chevalier de la Légion d’Honneur en décembre 1910.

Chef de bataillon au 167ème d’Infanterie le 23 mars 1914, affecté au 91ème d’Infanterie en avril 1914, envoyé au Front en août 1914 avec le 291ème d’Infanterie, blessé dès le début septembre 1914, en tant que Chef de Bataillon. Détaché au 72ème d’infanterie en avril 1915. Sera lors de la suite des hostilités affecté à l’état-major de la XIème région militaire de Nantes.
